Spacious room for three people, convenient access from New Chitose Airport, direct transport to Shin-Sapporo Station
Too crowded during peak times, especially due to large groups!!! A little remote at 10 km from the center, requiring a lengthy metro ride for sightseeing. Facilities feel outdated beyond the lobby area!!!

Highly recommend for couples looking to relax
The hotel was pretty convenient for our tour you could just step outside and hit the Shin-Sapporo station plus the Sunpiazza Mall was just around the corner. The onsen in the basement was a nice touch spacious enough to really unwind after a long day and I gotta tell you the breakfast buffet was a solid selection not overwhelming but just enough to get your day started right.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly for what you get it’s still acceptable.

I loved the spacious Sky Corner Twin Room with stunning views of the snowy city. The direct access from Shin-Sapporo Station made our arrival simple. Breakfast amazed me with the variety. I enjoyed making my own chirashi bowls with fresh salmon and tuna sashimi. The staff welcomed me warmly, allowing an early check-in after my flight. One minor issue was the additional charge for the onsen, which caught me off guard. Despite that, the experience at the spa was rejuvenating. A couple of electrical outlets in the room could be better placed for convenience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely return!

The hotel provided exceptional service and was conveniently located right next to the Shin-Sapporo station. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices, including fresh salmon and tuna sashimi for DIY Chirashi bowls. My room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the winter city. WiFi was reliable and the common areas exuded a modern elegance.
Electrical outlets could be better placed.
